Meridian Consulting supported the digital and operational transformation of First Children’s Consultative Clinic (1DKK), a leading pediatric healthcare organization focused on integrated care for children and families. The work centered on creating a unified operational environment that connects patient journeys, appointment access, communication workflows, diagnostics, and administrative processes into one coordinated model. This helped strengthen 1DKK’s ability to deliver accessible, family-centered care across preventive services, pediatric subspecialties, laboratory and diagnostic services, day hospital workflows, and long-term follow-up programs.

The project helped improve access, coordination, and continuity of care — enabling 1DKK to provide a more connected experience for parents and a more efficient operating model for modern pediatric healthcare services.
